“I am extremely satisfied with Rosa’s support for the renovation of my home and I express my full approval of her excellent skills and professional approach. From the beginning, Rosa demonstrated a deep understanding of our project. She was able to understand our needs and translate them into an innovative and functional design. Rosa’s expertise unfolds in multiple ways. The careful management of the project, the details precision and her ability to promptly solve unforeseen issues made the entire renovation process fluid and consistent. Her availability was a key element of the project’s success. She demonstrated a high level of flexibility in responding to our requests and in discussing any changes to the project during construction. Her openness to dialogue and willingness to listen to our opinions made the collaboration extremely positive. Furthermore, Rosa respected the agreed deadlines, delivering the project on time and maintaining a high quality standard. Her attention to quality is evident in every detail of our renovated home. In conclusion, I highly recommend Rosa to anyone looking for a top-notch professional. Her combination of expertise, professional approach and helpfulness made our renovation experience extremely positive, and I would not hesitate to involve her again in future projects.”

The project starting point is the need to extend the apartment size, merging the four-room apartment on the upper floor with the two-room one below and designing a staircase connecting the two levels. As a recent construction development, the request was to preserve the existing structure as much as possible, both in terms of spaces and plants systems, keeping the kitchen separate and enlarging the living area. The renovation proposal consists in creating an articulated perimeter staircase in order to maximize the space without affecting the general layout. The complexity is given by the two floors misalignment, solved by integrating the staircase flight volume into the interior design management of the double bedroom located at the lower level. In order to give stylistic and chromatic consistency to the new apartment, the selected materials reflect the parquet and window nuances: the anthracite gres on the upper floor was replaced with a lighter solution and the oak elements reflect the existing flooring of the lower level. The result is a bright, proportionate and coherent apartment, which allowed customers to optimize the investment focusing on necessary and punctual intervention.
